How It works

Let’s get to know each other! After years of working as a professional chef, I went on my own gut-healing journey with an anti-inflammatory diet that healed me in so many ways. I worked one-on-one with a holistic nutritionist and came up with my own rotating menu of nutritious and clean recipes.

I know how busy life can get. Whether you’re navigating health concerns, nutritional challenges, a busy schedule, or you just don’t have time to cook, I want to help make your day-to-day routine as easy as possible.

I will do all of the grocery shopping and prepare meals that you’ll be able to reheat at your leisure. Ingredient quality is my main focus and I’ll make sure your meals are nourishing as well as creative and delicious.

Menu Customization

During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your dietary needs and food preferences. I have experience working with a wide range of diets including paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, kosher, and vegetarian.

My goal is to teach you that eating clean, nutrient-dense meals can be fun while helping you heal or reach your health goals.

Meal Prep Services

A typical service is usually weekly or bi-weekly and each meal usually includes protein, starch, and a vegetable. The cost of groceries is added to your final package.

  • 5 dinners with 4 servings of each (20 servings)

  • 4 dinners with 4 servings of each (16 servings)

  • 3 meals with 4 servings of each (12 servings)
